Michelle Horton, PhD, MA, ABSNP, Co-Founder, is a clinical psychologist and diplomate in school neuropsychology. She has spent over 30 years in her career with neurodiverse youth and their families in various settings (public and private schools, private practice, in-patient and out-patient mental health facilities, residential treatment, and foster care). She has a private practice in the Bay Area, where she provides comprehensive neuropsychological assessment, individual psychotherapy, executive skill groups, and parent and psycho-educational consultation. She also teaches a graduate seminar on learning disorders at Access Institute in San Francisco. She is committed to collaborating with students, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop more innovative strength-based approaches to support neurodiverse learners to be better understood and to express their unique gifts.

Gavin Hughes is a current middle school math and science teacher with a Master's from CSU East Bay in special education and a Bachelor's in computer science: game design from UCSC. Gavin specializes in gamifying learning for reluctant learners and finding innovative ways to reach underserved populations. Since 2019, he has run a private tutoring practice where he works with age diverse students to develop their execution functioning skills through games and a love of math. He loves to ride bikes and play Magic: The Gathering, as well as go on hikes with his dog named Zombie.

Teddy Biron, OTB contributing artist, is a Cape Cod, Massachusetts-based artist, best known as the author and illustrator of the Amazon bestseller, "Lighthouse Keeper Saves the Bay" (released in 2022). In addition to his artistic work, Teddy serves in a therapeutic role at a local elementary school on the Cape.

Bill Mooney, JD, Co-Founder- Bill is a former litigator who has worked in games and technology since 2000. He was a Studio Vice-President at Zynga, CPO at ROBLOX, Studio VP at Electronic Arts and CPO at Skillz and has made games such as FarmVille, Zynga Poker and Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Bill is neurodiverse and his experience with incorporating social into games and familiarity with the Roblox platform were critical pieces in initial conversations with Michelle and the team in forming the RSB approach.

Xuan He is the project lead of RSB. She has been a video game designer and producer since 2020. She worked at Sand Shark Games, participating in and leading the development of multiple Roblox games. She is an Army veteran who served as a behavioral health specialist. She has a Master's degree in Sociology from OU, an Associate's in game design, and an Associate's in computer programming from ACC. Xuan believes that video games are an art form that promotes self-exploration and self-expression, and has faith in the potential of gaming in helping people develop themselves and connect with each other. Roblox Squad Builders is the perfect opportunity for her to make such ideas into reality and help neurodivergent children achieve their goals. Aside from gaming, Xuan enjoys reading, writing, and various crafting projects.

Chip Sbrogna- In addition to 25+ years as a game designer, Chip is a professor of game design at the University of Texas at Austin and Austin Community College. He has contributed to many games that have been rated 90+ and have earned billions in sales including the Star Wars, God of War, Tomb Raider, Metroid Prime, and Counter-Strike franchises.

Jess Naito-Tetro- Jess is a game designer and developer with a background in education, theatre, as well as IEP and disability advocacy. They love incorporating education and accessibility into gaming. Much of their work is with neurodiverse populations in public schools and home schooling networks. Contrary to popular belief about how “lazy” video games make people, Jess (as a neurodiverse person) has two degrees from SUNY Oswego. Their favorite video games include Sims 4, Kingdom Hearts, Roblox, Just Dance, and Strange Horticulture.
